Data were analysed using descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation, and Chi-square tests. Based on the empirical findings of the study, it is evident that procurement ethics and personnel integrity are central pillars for effective, transparent, and accountable procurement practices in Nigerian MDAs. The correlation results indicate a strong and statistically significant positive relationship between compliance with procurement ethics and personnel integrity (r = 0.609, p < 0.01).. The findings reinforce the conclusion that ethical procurement systems depend as much on human integrity and institutional autonomy as on formal rules and regulations.
2026-05-04T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Mkar Journal of Management And Social Sciences https://journals.umm.edu.ng/index.php/mjomass/article/view/186 EFFECT OF PRODUCT PACKAGING ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF PETALS NIGERIA LIMITED ABUJA, NIGERIA 2026-05-02T16:03:10+00:00 Shiebee Sunday Iorgema iorgemasunday@gmail.com GEGE QUEEN queen@gmail.com PROF.
